8 am – Set up Crew starts erecting booths, prepares the parking lot for activities and indoor crew starts setting up the dining room for Sunday’s turkey dinner. About 40 volunteers will make this happen

  • Drop off your donations of baked goods, dinner pies, silent auction baskets/items, bottle blast containers, cakes and other prizes.

Come to our Saturday evening events, and meet someone new in our parish!

5:00 PM – We celebrate a bilingual Mass
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Booths open

  •  Free Community Street Dance with Soundspark Entertainment.
  •  Booths open. Outdoor concessions run a “One Hour Dinner Special.” Come have dinner with your favorite parishioners and invite your neighbors, friends & family members too!!
  •  The Chili Contest! Enter your secret chili recipe to qualify for great prizes awarded for the top 3 wildest and mildest chili contestants!
  •  Beer Tent and Pull Tabs hosted by our Knights of Columbus
  •  Children’s games! Glow necklaces!
  •  Concessions too!
  •  Raffle Tickets on sale. Don’t leave without your chance to win some great prizes!
  •  The Social Hall is home to our 7 pm Texas Hold em Tournament (reserve your spot).
  •  50/50 Raffle is a great chance to win a 50-50 payout.

  •  Come celebrate mass at 8:30 or 10:30 AM
  •  Stop by and greet Saint Henry! Get your picture taken with him and Father Tony as well (Sunday ONLY from 12-2).  An opportunity to sign up for church directory portraits will also be available.
  •  Home-style Turkey Dinner from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Join us for a wonderful meal (dine in or take out)
  •  Silent Auction Baskets are on display in our Gathering Space ~ bid on all the treasures!

Outdoor Booths and Activities:

  •  Play BINGO relax and play a few new games
  •  Grand Raffle tickets on sale at $1.00 for a chance to win some great prizes!
  •  50/50 Raffle a great chance to win a 50-50 payout
  •  Children’s games & prizes. Inflatable Fun too!
  •  The Teen Zone will chill, challenge, & compete in texting games, Kinects , & Human Pac Man!
  •  Country Cupboard hosted by our Council of Catholic Women (CCW) – hand-made items, canned goods, crafts, jams and jellies, and much more.
  •  Cake Walk ~ you want to win one of these homemade treats!
  •  Bottle Blast ~ fun in a bottle! Played similar to the cake walk…anyone can win!
  •  Fry Bread makes for a sweet treat!
  •  Concessions ~ walking tacos, hot dogs, polish, brats, candy, chips, pop, water.
  •  Hispanic Food Booth sponsored by our Latino parishioners. This is delicious!
  •  Beer Tent and Pull Tabs hosted by the Knights of Columbus
  •  Sweete Shoppe filled with homemade specialties, cookies, bars, breads, candy, pies, rolls
  •  12 PM — “S.A.L.T.” -A contemporary music group from St. Henry featuring easy listening Christian and secular music.
  •  2:30 PM Latino music.
  •  5 PM Grand Raffle prize drawing. We have over $6,200 in prizes!
  •  You do not have to be present to win!

The Fall Festival is a major fundraising event for St. Henry and we need every household to participate. Get your whole family involved and join in the fun! Meet someone new!
Most of all… please come and enjoy this year’s Fall Festival.  Tell your friends and family about it. We have a lot of events planned and WE WANT YOU to be a part of our church family’s celebration!
