Serra Club of Wright County
On Thurs. night, Dec. 8th, the Serra Club of Wright County will feature Brother Dan Bozek, OMI as their speaker at Christ the King Retreat Center in Buffalo. Brother Bozek is from Chicago, Il. He made his profession as a Brother with the Oblates of Mary Immaculate in 1958. He served in Carthage, MO.; Pine Hills, MS.; Rochester, MN.; and he was in Sweden for 30 years. In 2008 he came to Buffalo and is presently assigned to Christ the King Retreat Center.

Mother/Daughter Retreat
“Blooming Through the Generations” with retreat facilitators Jean Thoresen, Jane Schmitz and their teenage daughters, on Sat. Jan. 14, 2012 from 10:00 AM—3:00 PM. $60 includes mother and daughter. $20.00 for each additional daughter. Lunch will be provided. This retreat is designed for mothers, step-mothers, mother-in-laws and mothers-in-spirit along with their daughters ages 13 and older. We will focus on the seeds we plant on our journey and celebrate the beauty of the blossoms they produce. There will be time for prayer, small and large group sharing, as well as activities and laughter.
