HOLY DAYS/HOLIDAYS: Sacristans are ENCOURAGED TO VOLUNTEER if they plan to attend the mass.
SUBS: If you know you cannot attend a scheduled Mass, please check with other regular sacristans for your Mass first. Karen Dehmer (295-5202), Chris Fuller (878-2669), and Jim Stumpf (320-274-8332) are available to sub. If you absolutely CANNOT find a replacement, please be sure to call Georgia Koester (263-3838) or Fr. Tony prior to the weekend.
REMINDER: Please plan to be at church between 45 minutes and one-half hour prior to the beginning of mass so that you can take care of all necessary duties. If you are not at church by 20 minutes before Mass begins another sacristan or the sacristan coordinator will start setting up and checking in ministers.
PLEASE NOTE that this schedule has been made to conform to special requests from individual sacristans so, at times, the rotation may vary.
