And that's a wrap! The 2024 Parish Festival is officially in the books and on behalf of the entire festival committee I'm happy to say that even with lower attendance due to the extreme heat and other events (like the State Fair) the event was a success. Moving to the west lawn was very well received and we will definitely be doing that again as it provided so much more space for all ages to enjoy the festival.

Given increased costs and adding new attractions our expenses were higher. Also, the grand raffle tickets sales were lower this year but all said and done we raised over $13,000 for the Parish general funds. Regardless of the numbers the ultimate goal of the parish festival is to bring us together as a community for a time of fun and fellowship, and from that standpoint it was an overwhelming success!!

I want to take a moment to thank the CCW, Knights of Columbus, Festival Committee, Parish Office staff, Father Barnes and all who helped with and attended the Parish Festival this year...THANK YOU!! We are already beginning talks about next year's...St Heinrich's Fest!
